Binding is excellent and the interior is exceptionally clean.

The 4^th Michigan was organized in Adrian on June 20, 1861 and served with the 3^rd and 5^th Corps of the Army of the Potomac. They saw action in all the major campaigns of that army suffering heavily at Gaine’s Mill, Malvern Hill, Fredericksburg, Gettysburg and the Wilderness. [AD] [PH:L]
