The full title of this hardcover volume is “TEXT-BOOK OF ORDNANCE AND GUNNERY COMPILED AND ARRANGED FOR THE USE OF NAVAL CADETS, U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY” by R. R. Ingersoll, Commander U.S. Navy and published by The United States Naval Institute of Annapolis, Maryland in 1899. This is the revised fourth edition.

The book is bound in red cloth with the title in gold on the spine. Covers show light wear. Front signature is weak but holding. Interior is clean with a good binding.
