The full title of this set is “HISTORIES OF THE SEVERAL REGIMENTS AND BATTALIONS FROM NORTH CAROLINA IN THE GREAT WAR 1861-1865” BY Walter Clark and originally published by E.M. Uzzell, Printer & Binder, Raleigh, North Carolina but this reprint was done in 1996 by Broadfoot Publishing Company of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Volumes are massive and full of everything you would want to know about North Carolina regiments in Confederate service.

All volumes are in nice condition with light wear. Hard gray covers have full color crossed North Carolina and Confederate flags with “FIRST AT BETHEL, FARTHEST TO THE FRONT AT GETTYSBURG AND CHICKAMAUGA, LAST AT APPOMATTOX” in gold ink below the flags.

Page edges show some light surface dirt but the interiors are clean. All bindings are excellent.

A nice and useful set with 3,982 pages of information with bust illustrations of many officers and index.  [ad] [ph:L]
