The full title of this large volume is “THE ELMIRA PRISON CAMP A HISTORY OF THE MILITARY PRISON AT ELMIRA, N.Y. JULY 6, 1864 TO JULY 10, 1865: WITH AN APPENDIX CONTAINING NAMES OF THE CONFEDERATE PRISONERS BURIED IN WOODLAWN NATIONAL CEMETERY” by Clay W. Holmes A.M. and published by G. P. Putnam’s Sons, New York in 1912.

Volume has blue covers with the title in gold on front and spine. Covers show light surface wear and dirt from age but nothing serious.

Binding is good and interior runs 465 pages with 62 illustrations. Pages have browned a bit along the edges but that is to be expected from age. [AD] [PH:L]
