Leather binding is worn but in good overall condition. Spine has title in gold with linear decoration.
The interior has the title page and first page coming loose and attached by one thread. Same with las several pages. Page edges have yellowed with age but are otherwise good.
There are some inscriptions inside the front and back covers that shows the book belonged to Sarah Ashton who married a John M. Todd from Virginia. A central blank page lists births of children.
Bible was published in Philadelphia in 1837.
