Volume is hardbound and covered in green cloth with an embossed spread-winged eagle on the front with the title and another eagle on the spine. Covers show light wear and moderate surface dirt. Volume meas. approx. 3.50 x 5.25 inches and runs 183 pages with index and several fold out diagrams. One of the foldouts has split but both halves are present.
Inside front cover has a book plate dated March of 1856 for the office of the Rhode Island Adjutant General’s Office. [AD]
