Booklet measures 5.75 x 8.75 inches and runs 133 pages. Paper cover has a drawing of a McClellan saddle with crossed carbine and saber with text that reads “FIFTY-FOURTH ANNUAL BANQUET 15TH PA. VOL. CAVALRY.” Contents contain a report on the business meeting as well as a list of those who have died since the last reunion. Contained in this booklet is a section of telegrams received on the death of some of the members. The back of the book has a Necrology and a list of survivors. Item is in overall good condition and is readable. Front and back covers are loose.
