Offer here is a very rare, excellent condition, original pack of three-second time fuzes manufactured at the Richmond Arsenal in Virginia during the Civil War.
Pack is constructed of a drilled wood block that holds five paper time fuses. The block was then wrapped in a plain tan paper, stenciled to read “5 / 3 SEC FUZES / RICHMOND”, and varnished. A cloth tear-strip extends from one end to open the pack.
Excellent, unopened condition. Very rare to find in this condition. [jet][ph:L]
