Surplus fuses that were rewrapped at the end of the Civil War. Recent research indicates that these unmarked packs of paper time fuses packed with various burn time fuses were Arsenal rewrapped and issued at the end of the Civil War.
This pack stenciled “10,10,10,10,25” dark brown paper tear on bottom, otherwise fine. [ws] [ph:L]
