Here is a very good condition, non-dug Hotchkiss 3" percussion fuse. Made of brass, this has a mellow bronze patina. Anvil retains a weak patent stamp on top and can be unscrewed from the body of the fuse. Inside, the slider is still capped. The slider remains immobile as it is still held in place by the lead slug at the bottom. There are a few small dings on the top. This is perfect for display or to screw into a Hotchkiss shell. [jet]
