Stamped brass oval plate that meas. approx. 2.50 inches wide by 3.50 inches tall. At center is the number “13” done in heavy stamped brass numbers approx. 1.00 inch high.
The face of the plate has light scratches from a heavy cleaning.
The reverse has three wire prongs soldered to it for attaching to belt. Both numbers are also held in place by brass wires.
Except for the surface scratches from cleaning the item is in nice condition.
