Tipton photo of 102d Pennsylvania Monument on large mount (11”x14”) with gold beveled edge. Mounted to the top right of the photo is a CDV of Captain Samuel L. Fullwood. Written in brown ink at the bottom of the CDV is “Captain/S.L. Fullwood/Sept 11, 1889.” Fullwood was Captain of Company M and gave the address at the dedication of the monument on 9/11/1889.
