The Lefaucheux Model 1858 was a French Military Revolver developed for the navy, chambered for the 12mm pinfire cartridge. Based on the design by Casimir Lefaucheux and his son Eugene. Produced either at the state arsenal in St. Etienne (MAS), Liege Belgium. The oval cartouche for Liege is visible on the cylinder. Double action works perfect. Gray metal smooth surface. All parts original, nice wood grips. [WS]
