Barrel is approx. 2.50 inches long and measures .30 at the muzzle but widens some at the breech. The metal surfaces are bright and look to have been cleaned.
The hammer has a sloppy action but it does hold at half-cock and full cock. Trigger requires a strong squeeze but hammer does fall properly. Nipple is original and shows some wear.
Walnut grips are original and also show light wear.
The overall look of this single shot pistol is of an item that was used a lot but not knocked around or worked on in any way. Cleaning was heavy. [ad]
