Regulation paper cartridge containing the .69 caliber 3-groove minie ball. Used by both U.S. and C.S. This cartridge has been repaired where the cartridge had separated between the bullet and powder charge. The “tail” has also been glued down. The cartridge does still display very well and the paper is in good condition. [jet]
